The route starts through an oak forest of imposing centenary specimens, to subsequently continue among gall oaks, nature which, in the winter, beautifies with water-filled streams and numerous ferns. As we advance, we see a mountain-top wasteland of reddish soil and bush, with the odd cork oak, squat in the face of weather conditions. Finally, this restricted access path merges with that of the Sauceda.
